Information we collect

When you contact us through this website, the form gathers the details you type: your name, company, work email, an optional phone number, the topic you select and the message you write. The form does not transmit anything on its own. It opens a message in your own email application, already filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.

If you email or call us directly, we hold whatever you choose to share in that message.

The site includes a text assistant that answers from this website's published content. When you finish a conversation with it, the questions you typed and the answers you received are sent to us by email so a consultant can follow up on anything the assistant could not resolve. Do not type personal or sensitive information into it that you would not put in an email to us.

The contact page links to a booking page provided by Calendly, which opens on Calendly's own website in a new tab. Nothing from Calendly loads in your browser while you are on this site. If you follow the link and book a call, the name, email address and any answers you give are collected by Calendly on its site, under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so that we can hold the meeting. If you would rather not use it, the phone number, email address and message form on the same page reach us without it.

We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about page visits — which pages are viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which type of device was used. This data is measured without cookies and is not tied to you as an individual.

This site also runs the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), on every page. It lets us measure how people respond to our Facebook and Instagram ads and reach people who have visited this site with future advertising. It shares data such as the pages you view, and your IP address and browser details, with Meta, which may combine this with information from your Facebook or Instagram account and other sites carrying the same pixel. It runs automatically, before you take any action on the page. Meta's own privacy policy governs what it then does with that data.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share it with data brokers.

We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or financial account numbers through this website.

Why we use it

We use the details you send to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to carry out work you engage us for. Where we go on to work together, we keep the correspondence and project records needed to run the engagement and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and where the site is confusing, so we can improve it.

Under UK and EU data protection law our lawful bases are: your consent when you choose to contact us, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and maintaining a functioning website, and the performance of a contract once you become a client.

Who else is involved

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which processes technical request data such as IP address in order to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Discovery-call bookings are scheduled through Calendly, on Calendly's own website, which acts as a processor for the booking details you enter there and applies its own privacy policy to them.

Every page you visit here is also reported to Meta through the Meta Pixel described above, for advertising measurement. Unlike our other providers, Meta does not act only on our instructions here — it can use this data for its own advertising purposes too, under its own privacy policy.

Email you send us is handled by our email provider. If we engage with you commercially, we may use standard business tools such as accounting and document software. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

International transfers

We work with clients across the United States, United Kingdom, GCC, Australia and Europe, and our team and service providers may be located outside your country. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as the conversation is useful, and are then deleted. Records connected to a signed engagement are kept for as long as we need them to deliver the work and to satisfy tax and legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Where our use rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email us and say what you would like. We will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and sets standard protective headers, including a content security policy that restricts what code may run on the page. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials or payment details through email or this website.
